BRACKET AS 2637414 - Caterpillar

1. Remove extension tubes (1) from top of mufflers (2). 2. Remove eight bolts (4) and the washers that fasten hood panel (3) to hood group. 3. Use a hoist and suitable lifting device to remove hood panel (3) as shown. The weight of the hood panel is 57 kg (125 lb). 4. Open engine side access door (4). 5. Remove side panel (5), (fastened to hood group and body with four bolts and washers) (not shown). 6. Disconnect dust ejector hose (7) from muffler assembly (6).7. Remove clamp assembly (8) from muffler and turbocharger adapter. 8. Fasten a hoist and suitable lifting device to muffler assembly (6). Remove four bolts and washers (9) and muffler assembly (6). The weight of the muffler assembly is 39 kg (85 lb). Install in reverse order.
