EMPC IIIf your generator has a top-mounted control panel, the model number is located on a nameplate inside the panel, either on the upper right hand corner of the front panel, or on the bottom of the panel housing.The control panel model number consists of letters and numbers that represent the options and ratings of the generator set and control panel. This model number code is defined in the control panel service manual.List the generator-mounted control panel model number in the space provided.

Caterpillar switchgear is identified with two nameplates.The first nameplate is attached to the outside upper door of the switchgear cubicle and consists of the Caterpillar Logo. The second nameplate is attached to the print pocket located inside the lower cubicle door and contains the following information. Enter the data from your nameplate in the blanks provided.
