Grind weld and remove current shaft.
Enlarge hole to a diameter of 44.45 mm (1.75 inch) in order to accept the 351-4799 Tube.

The Z dimension applies to all of the tube assembly installations. The dimension is from the end of tube to the side of roller frame

Install 351-4799 Tube. Ensure that the tube is straight within 0.8 mm (0.032 inch) from Left to Right side (Z-direction). Refer to Illustration 7. Drawing location reference shown in Series B2 section for X and Y locations referenced from rear axle tube axis. Refer to Illustration 8.

6.35 mm (0.25 inch) fillet weld each side. Weld cannot extend more than 1.5 mm (0.06 inch) past tube wall
Locate the tube and weld on both sides of frame. Use a 6.35 mm (0.25 inch) fillet weld. The weld cannot extend more than 1.5 mm (0.06 inch) past the tube wall.
Install new Series B2 hardware.
Install Idler Axle or Bogie Axles per Disassembly and Assembly, RENR4874, "247B, 247B2, 257B, and 257B2 Multi Terrain Loaders", "Idler Axle - Install" or Disassembly and Assembly, RENR4874, "247B, 247B2, 257B, and 257B2 Multi Terrain Loaders", "Bogie Axle - Install"
Install Idler or Bogie wheels. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR4874, "247B, 247B2, 257B, and 257B2 Multi Terrain Loaders", "Bogie Wheel - Install" or Disassembly and Assembly, RENR4874, "247B, 247B2, 257B, and 257B2 Multi Terrain Loaders", "Idler Wheel - Remove and Install"
Install appropriate Series B2 hardware based on Tables 1,2, and 3.
