Install all seals (24) on shaft (20).

Install the two steel balls and the spring on the base of shaft (20).
Install O-ring seal (22).
Install twelve springs (21) and four vanes (23).

Install stator frame (14). Note: Use care as stator frame (14) is installed. The vanes will be spring loaded inside stator frame (14).
Install two washers (15), needle bearing (16), shims (17), and two seals (18) and (19).

Install two valves (13).
Install O-ring seal (12).

Install stator (11) and seal (10).
Install ten bolts (9).

Install lower link (8). Install the wedge which holds lower link (8) in place. Install plug (7).
