Remove the gear pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Conveyor System Charge) - Remove". Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before you begin the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the components should be cleaned. Cleaning the component will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Precision components can be damaged by contaminants or by dirt. Perform disassembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

Remove bolts (2), support bracket (1), and cover (3) from housing (4).

Remove O-ring seal (5) from housing (4).
Remove backup ring (7) and O-ring seal (6).

Remove housing (4).

Turn housing (4) over and remove O-ring seal (8).

Remove drive gear (10) and driven gear (11) from bushing (12).

Remove bushing (12) from end cover (13).

Remove backup ring (15) and O-ring seal (14) from bushing (12).

Remove lip seal (18) from end cover (13).
Use Tooling (A) to remove retaining ring (17). Remove retaining ring (17) from end cover (13).
Remove seal (16) from end cover (13).
