Install the two bolts, the two washers, and bracket assembly (24) to both sides of radiator (21).
Install the three bolts, the three washers, and plate assembly (22) to both sides of radiator (21).
Install the four bolts, the four washers, and fuel cooler (23) to radiator (21).

Install gear motor (17), the two washers, and two bolts (20) to support assembly (16).

Connect harness assembly (18) to gear motor (17).
Connect three hose assemblies (19) to the solenoid.

Attach a suitable lifting device to support assembly (16). Install support assembly (16), the four washers, and four bolts (17).

Connect three hose assemblies (15).

Install adapter plate (11).

Apply Tooling (C) to nut (12). Install nut (12) and the washer to secure adapter plate (11) to the gear motor. tighten nut (12) to a torque of 40 5 N m (30 4 lb ft).
Install plate (14), the five washers, and five bolts (13).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fan shroud (8).
Install fan shroud assembly (8), the washers, and bolts (10).
Install six bolts (9) and the six washers to the back side of the radiator assembly.
Install hose (7) and tighten the clamp.

Install fan assembly (5), the six washers, and six bolts (6).

Install fan guard (3) and four bolts (4).

Install air aftercooler (1), the four washers, and four bolts (2). End By:
Install the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, and fuel cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator, Hydraulic Oil Cooler, and Fuel Cooler - Remove".
