(B) Distance between the front tires at the back
(F) Distance between the front tires at the frontUse the following procedure to adjust the front wheel alignment:
Raise the axles until the strut rods in the suspension cylinders are fully extended.
Move the wheels to a straight ahead position.
Measure the distance between the front wheels at location (F).
Mark location (F) at each tire. Rotate the tires by 180 degrees.
Measure the distance at location (B) between the same marks.
Use Table 1 to determine the correct toe-out when the front wheels are off the ground.

B = F - 62.3 mm (2.45 inch)
If the difference that was found in the previous step is not correct, adjust each link assembly by the same number of turns.Note: After the adjustment has been made, the tie rods must be of equal length.
When the Toe-Out measurement is correct, tighten clamps (1) and (2) to the torque embossed on the clamp and lower the front of the truck.Note: The front wheel toe-in will be correct if the difference between distance (F) and distance (B) is properly adjusted. Also, properly charge the suspension cylinders. Ensure that the suspension cylinders are at the normal operating range.
