1. Loosen the bolts that hold flange (4) to the housing.2. Loosen locknut (6) for the cable that needs to be adjusted. Turn cable adjuster (5) for the cable that needs to be adjusted. Torque for locknuts (6) is 150 18 lb. ft. (200 25 N m). To move transmission control lever (5) to either side (right or left), adjust directional cable (2). An adjustment of speed cable (3) will move the control lever to the front or rear.3. Adjust control lever (1) so that it does not make contact with the aluminum cover in any forward or reverse gear or in neutral.
