2. Remove two hose assemblies (1) which come from the oil cooler.3. Loosen nut (3).4. Remove four bolts (2) that hold the valve to the hydraulic tank.5. Remove nut (3). Remove the valve assembly.Install Oil Cooler Relief Valve
1. Install the O-ring seal between the valve and the hydraulic tank. Put the valve in position and start nut (1) on to fitting.2. Install the four bolts that hold the valve to the tank. Tighten the bolts.3. Tighten nut (1).4. Install the two hose assemblies from the oil cooler.5. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level. start by:a) remove oil cooler relief valve 1. Remove four bolts that hold cover (5) to the valve body.2. Remove cover (5), shims (4), spring (2) and valve (3) from the valve body.3. Remove O-ring seal (1). If the seal has damage, use a new part for replacement.Assemble Oil Cooler Relief Valve
1. Make sure all parts of the valve are clean. Put clean hydraulic oil on all the parts before assembly. 2. Install O-ring seal (1).3. Install the valve and spring in the valve body.4.
