Information:

1 Remove the hydraulic motor from the machine. Remove drive plate assembly (1) from the motor; see the Service Manual. Remove bearing inserts (2) from drive plate (1). Use a 6V6000 Dial Bore Gauge Group to measure the diameter of each hole (A) in plate (1). If the diameter is 30.048 mm 0.013 mm (1.1830" .0005"), a 3G3739 Bearing Insert must be installed in the hole. If the diameter is 30.175 mm 0.013 mm (1.1880" .0005") a 4T3259 Bearing Insert must be installed.2 Lower the temperature of the bearing inserts with dry ice (frozen CO2) before they are installed in the drive plate. Install the drive plate in the motor. Install the motor in the machine.
