Do not disconnect any lines from the valve until all oil pressure in the main system has been released.
1. Disconnect two tube assemblies (3) from the valve. Disconnect three hose assemblies (4) from the valve.2. Remove three bolts (1) that hold the valve in place and remove valve (2).Install Boom Vent Valve
1. Put the boom vent valve (1) in position and install the three bolts that hold it in place.2. Connect the three hose assemblies to the valve. Connect the two tube assemblies to the valve.Disassemble Boom Vent Valve
start by:a) remove boom vent valve 1. Remove plug (6), spring (3) and stem (2) from valve.2. Remove plugs (4), plungers (1) and balls (5).3. Check the condition of the O-ring seals on plug (6) and plugs (4). If the seals have damage, use new parts for replacement.Assemble Boom Vent Valve
1. Make sure all of the parts of the valve are clean and free of dirt and foreign material. Put clean hydraulic oil on all parts before the valve is assembled. 2. Install balls (4), plunger (2) and plugs (1) in valve body. Tighten the plungers to a torque of 15 2 lb.ft. (20 3 N m).3. Install stem (6), spring and plugs (5).end by:a) install boom vent valve
