Information:

1. Engage the parking brake. Block both ends of the tires on the machine. Raise the machine so that the selected drive wheel assembly is off the ground. 2. Place tooling (A) in position as shown to support the machine. 3. Remove eleven nuts (1). Loosen the last nut (1), without removing it. 4. Use tooling (B) to secure the drive wheel to a suitable fork lift.5. Remove remaining nut (1), not shown.6. Remove drive wheel (2). The weight of wheel assembly (2) is 270 kg (600 lb). For installation of the drive wheel assembly, reverse the removal steps.Remove & Install Wheel & Tire Assemblies
Rear Wheel 1. Engage the parking brake. Block both ends of the tires on the machine. Raise the machine so that the selected rear wheel assembly is off the ground.2. Place a suitable jack stand in position under the rear bolster to support the machine.3. Use a suitable strap to harness rear wheel assembly (2) as shown.4. Remove six nuts (1).5. Remove rear wheel assembly (2). The weight of rear wheel assembly (2) is 120 kg (250 lb). For installation of the rear wheel assembly, reverse the removal steps. Tighten six bolts (1) to a torque of 315 N m (235 lb ft).
