Front suspension cylinders
(A) Fully retracted is 776.2 mm (30.56 inch). Fully charged is 870 6 mm (34.25 0.25 inch)
Coast the machine to a gentle stop without using the brakes. A gentle stop is necessary to keep the weight the same on each cylinder. The dump body must be empty.
Park the machine on flat level ground to inspect the suspension cylinder charge.
Engage the parking brake.
Turn off the engine.
Check the charged condition of the front suspension cylinders by measuring the distance between the centers of the two pins that hold the cylinders. The suspension cylinders have a correct charge if distance (A) is 870 6 mm (34.25 0.25 inch). The suspension cylinders should be at normal operating temperature when checking the suspension cylinder charge.
