1. Remove two bolts (1) and seal follower (2). 2. Remove ten bolts (3) and front cover (4). 3. Remove O-ring (5), lip seal (6) and wave spring (7). Check the O-ring and seal for wear or damage and replace, if necessary.4. Separate water jacket (8) from front cover (9). 5. Remove rotor and shaft assembly (10). 6. Remove six vanes (11) and three pins (12). 7. Remove four bolts (13) and cover (14). 8. Remove O-ring (15). Check the O-ring for wear or damage and replace, if necessary.9. Remove ten bolts (16). 10. Remove O-ring (17). Check the O-ring for wear or damage and replace, if necessary. 11. Press bearing (18) from the cover, if necessary. 12. Remove four bolts (19).13. Remove end cover (20) and gasket (21). Check the gasket for damage and replace, if necessary. 14. Remove four bolts (22) and cover (23). 15. Remove gasket (24). Check the gasket for damage and replace, if necessary.16. Remove strainer (25).
Bolts (26) are spring loaded, remove them carefully to avoid personal injury.
17. Remove four bolts (26). 18. Remove valve (27), spring (28) and spring guide (29).19. Remove O-ring (30) from cover (31). Check the O-ring for wear or damage and replace, if necessary.20. Remove cap (32) and O-ring (33) from cover (31). Check the O-ring for wear or damage and replace, if necessary. 21. Remove four bolts (34). Remove elbow (35) with the gasket. Check the gasket for damage and replace, if necessary.22. Remove four bolts (36). Remove strainer body (37) with the gasket. Check the gasket for damage and replace, if necessary. To assemble the emulsion pump, reverse the disassambly steps.End By:a. Install the emulsion pump.
