There is a grease fitting located on the side of the automatic lubricator. Fill until grease reaches the full mark on the reservoir.Steering Pins
Lubricate Fittings
The grease fittings for the steer pins are located on the cylinder support in the upper and lower steer pivot ears. Total of two grease fittings.Oscillating Pin
Lubricate Fitting
There is a grease fitting for the front and rear oscillation bearings. This grease fitting is located between the two bearings below the articulation joint.Steer Cylinder
Lubricate Fittings
There is a grease fitting for each end of the steer cylinder. Total of two grease fittings.Right Angle Drive
Check Level
1. Remove check plug (1) located in the front of the right angle drive.2. Gear lube should be at this level, if low remove fill plug (2) located at the top of the right angle drive.3. Add gear lube until level reaches level of check plug (1).4. Install plugs.Propulsion Gearbox
Check Level
1. Move the machine until one of the plugs on the front face of the propulsion gearbox is rotated to the top/center position.2. Remove plug (1) located in either the three or nine o'clock position.3. Gear lube should be at this level.4. If low, remove plug (2) at the top of the propulsion gearbox.5. Add gear lube until gear lube reaches the level of plug (1) then replace the plugs.5. Repeat this procedure on the other drum.Pump Drive Gearbox
Check Level
1. Open petcock (1) on the lower right side of the pump drive gearbox.2. Gear lube should be at this level, if low remove fill plug (2) on the top, right side of the pump drive gearbox and add gear lube until gear lube appears at petcock (1). Add gear lube slowly due to time required for oil to seek level condition. Overfilling will cause oil to come out of vent (3).3. Tighten petcock (1) and install fill plug (2).Vibratory Shaft Bearing
Check Level
1. Line up drum by lining up leveling rods (1) with top of frame.2. Observe oil level within sight gauge (2). Bearing lube should be visible in the center of the sight gauge.3. If low, remove fill plug (3) located in the ten o'clock position on the drum head and add drum bearing lube as necessary.4. Install fill plug (3).5. Repeat this procedure on the other drum.Hydraulic Tank
Check Level
At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and may be under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns.Remove the fill cap only when the engine is stopped, and the cap is cool enough to turn with your bare hand. Remove the fill cap slowly to relieve pressure.
Observe the hydraulic oil level. Maintain the oil level approximately centered in the sight gauge located on the rear of the hydraulic tank in the engine compartment.
