Lift Kickout
1. Move the machine to level ground. Raise the lift arms to the desired kickout position.2. Rotate plate (3) on the frame until the center of control group (1) is even with magnet assembly (2). Tighten two bolts (4).3. Adjust control group (1) so that the gap between the control group and magnet assembly (2) on the lift arm is 8.0 2.0 mm (.32 .08 in). Tighten bolts.4. Maximum kickout height adjustment occurs when the lift cylinders have 10.0 1.0 mm (.393 .04 in) travel left.Bucket Positioner
1. Move the machine to level ground. Place the control lever in the DUMP position and hold until the tilt cylinder is fully retracted. Stop the engine.2. Place shaft (9) into tube (6). Position clamp (10) as close to the cylinder body as possible and tighten bolt. Position tube (6) so it clears clamp (10). Tighten clamps (5) and (8).3. Place control group (7) so that it is just forward of clamp (5). Ensure that the green LED is lit. Slide the control group forward until the yellow LED is lit. Tighten all bolts.IT24F

Position the clamp assembly on the tilt cylinder as shown in view C-C. Tighten two bolts (4).3. To adjust the forward attachment positioner extend the tilt cylinder to its the longest desired position.4. Loosen three bolts (16) and two bolts (12) and slide tube assembly (5) until the rear edge of magnet assembly (14) is even with the rear edge of front control group (13). Tighten the five bolts.5. Loosen two bolts (15) and adjust magnet assembly (14) until the gap between the magnet assembly and the front control group is 6.0 2.0 mm (.236 .08 in). Tighten the two bolts.6. To adjust the rearward attachment positioner retract the tilt cylinder to its shortest desired position.7. Loosen two bolts (10) and slide rear control group (11) until the rear edge of the rear control group is even with the rear edge of magnet assembly (14). Tighten the two bolts.
