Information:
A. High Amplitude, Forward
1. With the amplitude control rod pushed in for high amplitude, the contacts of the amplitude microswitch are open and no current flows from it to the two-position solenoid valve within the control valve package. This solenoid valve thus remains open.2. With the propulsion control lever forward, the cam follower of that lever swings the pivot arm of the directional microswitch to the rear. Current from this microswitch then directs the three-position solenoid valve within the control valve package to route its hydraulic flow to the front port of the vibratory motor.3. The vibratory pump draws in fluid from the hydraulic tank. The primary output of the pump flows to the three-position solenoid valve within the control valve package. The secondary output of the pump flows to the two-position solenoid valve within the control valve package.4. Since the two-position solenoid valve is now open, the secondary output of the pump passes through and returns to the hydraulic tank.5. The three-position solenoid valve sends the primary output of the pump to the front port of the vibratory motor, thus causing the eccentric weight assembly to rotate rearward (opposite the direction of travel).6. Fluid leaving the vibratory motor travels back to the vibratory control valve and then returns to the hydraulic tank.B. Low Amplitude, Reverse
