Remove four bolts (7) and four washers (8) from mounting plate (9) for the exhaust.

Loosen two retaining nuts (10) and remove tube (11). Loosen two retaining nuts (12) and remove tube (13) .

Loosen retaining nut (14) and disconnect tube (15) from thermal compensator valve (16) .

Remove two bolts (17), four washers (18) and two nuts (19) in order to disconnect the four clips.

Loosen six retaining nuts (20) in order to remove tube (15) and tubes (21) .Note: Tube (15) and tubes (21) can be removed from the machine as an assembly.

Attach two suitable nylon lifting slings around support (22) and to a suitable hoist in order to support fan motor (23), fan guard (24), and fan support (25). The total weight of the support, the fan motor, the fan guard, and the fan support is 52 kg (115 lb).
Remove five bolts (26), ten washers (27) and five nuts (28). Carefully remove support (22), fan motor (23), fan guard (24), and fan support (25) .

Remove six bolts (29) and six washers (30) in order to remove spider (31) .

Remove locknut (32) and washer (33) which retains boss (34) .

Remove key (35) from the shaft of fan motor (23) .

Remove two bolts (36), two washers (37) and two nuts (38) in order to remove fan motor (23) from fan support (25) .
