Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the swing gear and bearing. Place the swing gear and bearing on the machine. The weight of the swing gear and bearing is approximately 159 kg (350 lb). Plug (12) (not shown) must be opposite to the boom. Pull the hose assemblies through the swing gear and bearing as the swing gear and bearing is lowered onto the machine.
Install bolts (11). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 649 80 N m (479 59 lb ft). Tighten the bolts in a cross pattern.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the platform. Place the platform in position on the machine. The weight of the platform is approximately 1633 kg (3600 lb). Pull the hose assemblies through the platform as the platform is lowered onto the machine.
Install bolts (10). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 649 80 N m (479 59 lb ft). Tighten the bolts in a cross pattern.

Connect wire (9) to the platform.
