146-1799 Hard Washer        Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (C) , Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device to bucket (10) . The weight of bucket (10) is approximately 12973 kg (28600 lb). Position bucket (10) .

Install pins (X) . Attach a suitable lifting device to pins (12) . Attach Tooling (H) in order to install pin (12) . The weight of pin (12) is approximately 147 kg (325 lb). Install pin (12) . Repeat for opposite side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt link (6) . The weight of tilt link (6) is approximately 246 kg (542 lb). Position tilt link (6) . Use two people in order to position pin (5) . Install a suitable lifting device to Tooling (J) . Install Tooling (J) in order to install pin (5) . Install pin (5) .

Install collet (3) . Install plugs (1) . Repeat for opposite side.
Install bolt (2) .
