Use a lifting sling and a hoist to install hydraulic track adjuster (1) into the track roller frame assembly. The weight of the hydraulic track adjuster is approximately 93 kg (205 lb).

Use Tooling (A) and install bolts (6) in the track roller frame assembly.

Remove the lifting sling and the hoist from hydraulic track adjuster (1).

Fasten a lifting sling and a hoist to track shoe (5) and install the track shoe. The weight of the track shoe is approximately 64 kg (140 lb).

Position track shoe (5) and install the bolts and nuts. Use Tooling (A) to tighten the bolts to a torque of 550 70 N m (406 52 lb ft) plus an additional 120° 5°.

Position cover plate (3) on the track roller frame and install bolts (4).
Adjust the tension of the track. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track Adjustment - Adjust".
