Install head (18) and bolts (17) .

Install plugs (14) and the o-rings. Tighten plug (14) to torque of 300 N m (221 lb ft).
Install plugs (15) and the o-rings. Tighten plugs (16) to a torque of 48 N m (35 lb ft)
Install dip stick assembly (16) .

Install seals (4), (8), and (12). Install rings (9) and (13). Install seat (5), spring (6) and retainer (7). Install spool (10), plug (11) and lock nut (9a) .
Tighten plug (11) to a torque of 98 10 N m (72 7 lb ft).
Tighten locknut (9a) to a torque of 117 10 N m (86 7 lb ft).

Install relief valves (3). Tighten relief valves (3) to a torque of 176 10 N m (130 7 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to swing drive motor (1). The weight of swing drive motor (1) is approximately 59 kg (130 lb). Apply Tooling (J) to the mating surfaces of swing drive motor (1) and ring gear. Install swing drive motor (1) .
Install bolts (2) .End By: Install swing drive.
