Apply a vacuum to the hydraulic tank in order to reduce the amount of fluid leakage that will be caused by the removal of the hoses and tubes in this procedure.

Right side of the cushion-hitch (A) 246-8296 Hose As (B) 148-8362 Elbow As
Remove the existing 246-8296 Hose As (A), which is located on the right side of the cushion-hitch.
Replace hose (A) by installing the 272-5566 Hose As (1), and a new 4J-0520 O-Ring Seal (2) on the cushion-hitch valve. Only install the end of hose (1) that connects to the cushion-hitch valve.
Remove 148-8362 Elbow As (B) which connected Hose (A) and the main return tube.
Install 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal (3) and 5P-9436 Threaded O-Ring Plug (4) into the main return tube.

Install the following components onto the 236-9821 Tube As (17) on the right side of the hitch, in order to hold 272-5566 Hose As (1) in place:
5P-2369 Clip (5)
7D-7233 Clip (6)
8T-4136 Bolt (7)
8T-4121 Hard Washers (8)
8T-4133 Nut (9) Note: Refer to Illustration 2.

Replace existing 236-9820 Tube As (C) on the left side of the hitch with 272-5567 Tube As (10). Use the existing mounting hardware. Note: Allow the existing 247-1369 Hose As (18) to hang on top of the machine until the new 272-5567 Tube As (10) is installed. Allow the existing 236-9804 Hose As (19) to lie on the case, under the hitch, until the new tube is installed.

Install the following components onto 272-5568 Spacer (13) : 8T-7970 Elbow (11), 5K-9090 O-Ring Seal (12) and 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal (3) Note: Refer to Illustration 4 for proper orientation of the parts.
Install 272-5568 Spacer (13) to the bottom of 272-5567 Tube As (10). Use a 1P-3705 Rectangular Seal (14) between the spacer and the tube.
