Testing of both pumps in this unit must be done separately. This will determine if individual control circuits and pumps are operating correctly. 1. Connect both pump outlets to flowmeter and load valves on test bench.2. Connect oil supply from bench to suction inlet of pump. 3. Connect the power shift port to the 0 to 2800 kPa (0 to 400 psi) control pressure outlet of the bench.4. Vent negative flow control ports to the atmosphere using non-valved quick disconnects or other suitable method. If these ports are not open, it will cause control valves to hydraulically lock and not allow the pump to function properly during the first part of the test.5. Prime the pump case with test oil. Connect an elbow to case drain port to direct flow to an observable location.6. Open main oil supply to pump. Vent suction line as pump is filling to remove excess air from suction hose.
