SCR Top View lifting eyesNote: Rough handling, shock loads, and improper lifting procedures can damage internal components, mounting systems, and substrates.To lift the SCR, use the lifting eyes that are bolted to each corner of the frame. A spreader bar must be used to lift the SCR. Each lifting eye should be attached to the spreader bar by using the attached hook. Chains of equal length should be attached to the eyes of the spreader bar in order to lift the SCR. Damage to the SCR could occur if the SCR is not lifted properly.Refer to product shipping invoices, and or quote information for SCR reactor weight and dimensions. Improper lift rigging can allow unit to tumble causing injury and damage.
Use appropriate lifting equipment to lift the dosing control cabinet. Ensure that all chains, hooks, slings, and other lifting devices have been inspected and are in good condition. Ensure that all lifting devices are of the correct capacity. Make sure that lifting devices are positioned correctly. Lifting eyes are not to be side loaded during lifting.
