Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the conveyor (first stage). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Conveyor (First Stage) - Remove and Install".
Place the conveyor on a flat surface.

Remove bolts (1) and nuts (2) from the first stage conveyor.

Attach a lifting sling and a suitable lifting device to the left gerotor motor assembly (4). The weight of gerotor motor assembly (4) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Remove bolts (3) and gerotor motor assembly (4) .
Place gerotor motor assembly (4) into a vise.

Remove nut (6) and coupling (5) from gerotor motor assembly (4) .
Place gerotor motor assembly (4) on a work bench.

Remove woodruff key (9). Remove bolts (8) and the washers.
Remove mounting plate (7) from gerotor motor (10) .
Repeat Step 1 through Step 9 on the other gerotor motor.
