1. Lower the loader arms until the bucket is resting flat on the ground. With the engine off, move the hydraulic control lever to release the pressure in the hydraulic system. 2. Install tooling (A) as shown. The tooling will support the bucket tilt cylinder and the loader bucket linkage when pin (2) is removed.3. Remove the retaining rings and the washers securing pins (1) and (2), and two pins (3).4. Support two links (4) and remove pin (1). Remove two pins (3) and pin (2).5. Start the engine and back the machine away from the bucket. Weight of the bucket is 680 kg (1500 lb). Inspect four bearing (5) in the bucket and replace the bearings if necessary. Install the bucket in the reverse order of the removal. After installation of pins (1) and (2), use the required number of 9R1510 Washers to obtain a maximum joint clearance of 3.0 mm (.120 in).
