Adjustment Procedure
1. Position the pump body so the stop bolts are at the bottom as shown in Illustration 1.2. Loosen the two locknuts for the stop bolts.3. See Illustration 2 and the chart for the depth dimensions for maximum and minimum stop angles.

Illustration 2. Use the procedure to set these dimensions.4. Use the 6V2012 Depth Micrometer Gauge Group to measure the distance between the top of the pump housing and the top of the stop bolts. Make sure that all gasket material is removed from the machined surface of the pump housing before the depth gauge is used. Turn the stop bolts clockwise to decrease the dimensions and counterclockwise to increase the dimension.5. Hold the stop bolts as you tighten the locknuts.6. Check both depth dimensions.7. Test the pump on a hydraulic test bench. If the pump is not within specifications, adjust as necessary.Use this procedure for those pump groups shown in the chart.
