(1) "MC4" Limit switch (4) Harness
Disconnect harness (4) from limit switch sensor "MC4" (1).

(4) Harness (5) Gray Wires (6) 155-2270 Connecting Plug Kit (7) 8T-8730 Connector Socket
Connect the two gray wires (5), cabled into the harness (4), 155-2270 Connecting Plug Kit connector (6) by two 8T-8730 Connector Sockets (7) .

Disassemble sensor bracket (8) from the conveyor frame left side by removing two bolts (9) and two washers (10) .

(2) Bolts (3 ) Washers (11) 420-5178 Bracket (12) 423-0074 Switch
Assemble 420-5178 Bracket (11) on the new 423-0074 Switch "MC4" Limit Switch sensor (12). Use the four bolts (2) and the four washers (3) disassembled from the old sensor.

Assemble 420-5178 Bracket (11) with the new "MC4" limit switch sensor 423-0074 Switch (12) on the conveyor frame left side. Use the two bolts (9) and the two washers (10) disassembled from the old bracket (8) .Note: After installation be sure to have the new "MC4" sensor in the switched position.

(13) "MC4" Sensor connector (14) Clip
Install the "MC4" sensor connector (13) on lower clip (14) on the mid left side of the conveyor frame.

Connect 155-2270 Connecting Plug Kit connector (6) to the "MC4" sensor connector (13) .Moldboard Limit Sensor Replacement

Open the rear right hood (1) to discover the rear right compartment ( 2) .

(3) Upper switch (4) Lower switch
Locate limit upper (3) and lower (4) moldboard limit switch sensors installed on rear right side of cutting box.

(3) 423-0075 Switch (4) 423-0076 Switch (5) Connector location
Replace the upper moldboard limit switch sensor (3) with the 423-0075 Switch and the lower moldboard limit switch sensor (4) with the 423-0076 Switch starting from the deutsch connectors (5) located in the rear right compartment (2). Use the same bolts and washers disassembled from the old sensors.
Close the rear right hood (1).
