Removal Procedure
Lower the blade to the ground.

Attach a suitable lifting device to stabilizer link (1). The weight of stabilizer link (1) is approximately 330 kg (730 lb).
Remove bolts (3), cap (4), and shims (2) (not shown) from both ends of stabilizer link (1).
Start the engine. Carefully turn the machine to the left until stabilizer link (1) is disengaged. Stop the engine.
Use the suitable lifting device in order to carefully remove stabilizer link (1). Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to stabilizer link (1). The weight of stabilizer link (1) is approximately 330 kg (730 lb).
Use the suitable lifting device in order to install stabilizer link (1) to the original location on the machine.
Start the engine. Carefully turn the machine to the right until stabilizer link (1) is properly engaged. Stop the engine.
Install cap (4) without shims (2). Install bolts (3). Maintain an equal dimension on both sides of cap (4).
Insert an equal amount of shims (2) (not shown) between cap (4) and stabilizer link (1).
Add one additional shim (2) to each of the spaces. This should allow the assembly to move freely on the trunnion and within the specified clearance. The specified clearance between the trunnion and stabilizer link (1) is 0.50 0.25 mm (0.020 0.010 inch).
Tighten bolts (3).
Repeat Steps 4 thorough 7 in order to install cap (4), bolts (3), and shims (2) on the opposite end of stabilizer link (1).
