1. Open cover (2) from over the fuel supply valve at the right rear of the machine.2. Turn valve (1) for the fuel supply to the "OFF" position. The location of the valve is on the bottom of the fuel tank. 3. Remove breather (3) and hose from the engine.4. Disconnect the fuel injection lines at the fuel injection pump housing. Put protection caps on the lines and pumps to keep dirt and foreign material out of the fuel system.5. Disconnect the fuel injection lines from the fuel injection valves. Put protection caps on the lines and valves. 6. Remove fuel injection lines (4) from the left side of the engine.Install Fuel Injection Lines
1. Make sure the fuel injection lines are clean and dry. 2. Put fuel injection lines (1) in position from the left side of the engine. Connect them to the fuel injection pumps and valves.3. Remove (bleed) air from the fuel system.4. Tighten nuts (2) of the fuel injection lines with tool (A) to a torque of 40 7 N m (30 5 lb.ft.). 5. Install hose and breather (3).6. Turn the valve for the fuel supply to the "ON" position. Close the cover.
