1. Remove drain plug (4) and drain the oil cooler.2. Remove retaining bolt and clamp (1). Remove oil cooler oil outlet line (5).3. Disconnect oil cooler oil inlet elbow (2).4. Remove eight oil cooler-to-flywheel housing mounting bolts (3) and remove the oil cooler assembly-weight 45 lbs. (20,4 kg).Install Marine Engine Oil Cooler
1. Position the oil cooler assembly on the engine and install oil cooler-to-flywheel housing mounting bolts.2. Connect the oil cooler oil inlet elbow.3. Install the oil cooler oil outlet line. Install the line retaining clamp and bolt.4. Install the oil cooler drain plug. Check the oil level after the engine is started.concluding step: a) install marine gear oil cooler
