A     1P-0808     Multipurpose Grease     1    Note: The stick pin bore, the pin bore of the bucket control linkage, and bucket cylinder pins must be thoroughly clean prior to installation of the bucket.

Apply a thin coat of Tooling (A) on the diameter of the pin bores and bucket cylinder pins. Use a suitable lifting device to support the bucket cylinder and position bucket cylinder (11) to the stick. The weight of the bucket cylinder is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).
Install pin assembly (10) into the bucket cylinder.
Install washer (9), and bolt (8) .

Connect hose assemblies (6) and (7) to the bucket cylinder.

Lower linkage brackets (1) and shims (5) to the bucket cylinder.
Install pin (3) to the bucket cylinder.
Install bolt (4) and two nuts (2) .
