Information:
1. Remove pin (1) from the throttle linkage and move the cable out of the way.2. Remove hose (3) from the air inlet manifold for clearance purposes.3. Remove bolts (2) from fuel line brackets.
Typical Example4. Remove fuel injection lines group (4). Install protective caps and plugs on all the fuel openings to keep dirt out of the fuel system. The following steps are to install the fuel injection lines.
Typical Example The fuel lines must not be in contact with other fuel lines or engine components except at connection and clamp points.5. Remove all protective plugs and caps from the fuel openings, and put fuel injection lines (1) in position on the engine.
Typical Example6. Use tool (A) to tighten the fuel line nuts to a torque of 41 7 N m (30 5 lb.ft.).
