The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.Problem
The mounting hardware for the Accugrade guard at the boom nose may not have the correct washers. If the washers have an outside diameter that is smaller than 30 mm (1.18 inch), then replace the washers with a larger diameter size. Use the 5P-1076 Hard Washer .Solution
If the 319-4289 Guard As is cracked, replace guard and make sure to use 8T-4179 Bolt and 5P-1076 Hard Washer . If the Accugrade guard is not cracked, then inspect and measure the diameter of the current washer. The washers causing the problem are 25 mm (0.98 inch). If the diameter of the current washer is different from 30 mm (1.18 inch), then replace washer with 5P-1076 Hard Washer .
