Drive the machine onto a smooth, horizontal surface.
Move the machine so the weld seam of the drum (3) is positioned at the bottom of the drum. This will place the sight gauge (1) in the correct position.
Observe the level of oil in sight gauge (1). The oil level should be visible in the center of the sight gauge.
If the lubricant level is low, remove fill/drain plug (2).
Maintain the level of the oil to the middle of sight gauge (1). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" for information on the proper lubricant.
Clean fill/drain plug (2). Install fill/drain plug (2). Note: Do not overfill the eccentric weight housing.
