2. Loosen bolt (1) and remove belts from pulley.3. Remove the three bolts and remove the belt tightener (2).Install Belt Tightener
1. Install belt tightener and three bolts that hold it to bracket. 2. Install belts on pulley and tighten bolt (1). Belt tension is 1/2" (12 mm) and movement with 25 lb. (11.5 kg) force on belt. Measurement is taken half way between pulleys.3. Tighten three bolts that hold belt tightener to bracket.Disassemble Belt Tightener
1. Remove four bolts and cover from pulley. 2. Remove bolt (1) and retainer plate (2). 3. Remove pulley from bracket with tool (A).4. Remove bearings (3), spacer and seal from pulley.Assemble Belt Tightener
1. Fill the bearings with grease. 2. Install bearing (3) in pulley.3. Install seal (2) with tooling (A). Install seal with spring side of lip toward bearing (3).4. Install pulley (4) on bracket (1).5. Install spacer (5) and bearing (6) on bracket. 6. Install cover (7) and bolts. Put grease in pulley with grease gun.
