Remove the turbocharger. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install the turbocharger onto Tool (A) .
Apply alignment marks to the two housings and the cartridge assembly for correct alignment during assembly.
Loosen clamp (3) and remove compressor housing (4) from cartridge assembly (2) .
Loosen the remaining clamp on turbine housing (1) and remove cartridge assembly (2) from the turbine housing.
