KeypadThe autolube timer setting can be viewed or modified through VIMS "SERV MODE" menu.The minimum cycle time that can be set is five minutes and the maximum cycle time that can be set is fifteen minutes. The default cycle time for the automatic lubrication system is every fifteen minutes.Note: Changes to the values in the VIMS monitor system will remain set, even when the ECM is powered down.Manual Lubrication Cycle
The lubrication system will only perform one manual lubrication cycle per command. After the cycle has been performed, the automatic lubrication system will automatically revert to the automatic mode.
Press the "OK" key in order to display the default screen.
In order to access the "SERV" menu, type in 7378. This code corresponds to the following letters:"S", "E", "R" and "V".
Press the scroll keys in order to highlight the "MANUAL LUBE" menu. Press the OK key in order to start the manual lubrication cycle.Note: The clear key can be used to exit any command or any function prior to the start of the actual lubrication process.Autolube Internal Timer Setting

Press the scroll keys in order to highlight the "LUBE CYCLE TIME - SET" menu. Press the OK key in order to set the automatic lubrication cycle.
Press the scroll keys in order to select the desired cycle time. Use the left scroll key in order to decrease the cycle time and use the right scroll key in order to increase the cycle time by one minute intervals.Once the setting has been adjusted you can press "OK" key in order to accept the change. Press "OK" key in order to return back to the default screen.Gauge Parameters
The gauge key is used to determine the measured value of a particular parameter. The value will be shown in the message area. The value will also be shown on universal gauge in the message center.Auto Lube Pres - Enter 749 and press the gauge key. This will allow the operator to see the actual pressure reading during an automatic lubrication cycle or a manual lubrication cycle.Auto Lube Lvl - Enter 750 and press the gauge key. The lube level low warning will appear in the message center when the amount of grease in the tank falls below a certain level.
