Troubleshooting Test Steps Values Results
4. Check the Pump
A. Start the engine.
B. Clear the active event code or the override will not activate.
C. Select the "Aftertreatment Fuel Pump Relay Override" in Cat ET in order to activate the pump.
D. Override the pump and record the pressure from the pressure gauge.
E. Deactivate the override.
F. Turn the keyswitch to the OFF position.
G. The pressure must be within specifications. The pump pressure must be 1900 120 kPa (275.5 17.4 psi).
Pump Checkout
Result : The pressure measured greater than 1900 120 kPa (275 17.4 psi).
Repair : Replace the pressure regulator. Perform an "ARD
