Use the following hardware in order to install Plate Assemblies (20) to the hydraulic tank:
Four Locknuts (A)
Four Bolts (B)
Four Bolts (19)
Remove the existing Locknuts (A) .
Save the existing Locknuts (A) .
Remove the existing Bolts (B) .
Discard the existing Bolts (B) .

Use new Bolts (19) in place of discarded Bolts (B) in order to attach Plate Assemblies (20) to the hydraulic tank.
Reuse Locknuts (A) with new Bolts (19) .

Location of connector cap
Locate the connector for the automatic lubrication pump. The connector is part of Chassis Harness As (28) .Note: The connector for the automatic lubrication pump should already be clipped to the front side of the mounting arm for the hydraulic tank. The connector for the automatic lubrication pump should be covered by a cap. The connector for the automatic lubrication pump should be labelled with a paper tag. The paper tag should read "AUTOLUBE SOL".

Remove the cap from the connector for the automatic lubrication pump.

Connect the power lead from the automatic lubrication pump to the "AUTOLUBE SOL" connector on the Chassis Harness As (28) .Note: A technician will probably be required to change the status of "Not Installed" to "Installed" by using Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET) under the configuration files of the chassis ECM.Note: Refer to Systems Operation Testing and Adjusting Manual, RENR8265, "Automatic Lubrication System - Test" in order to do the following:
Pressurize the system.
Make sure that the pump is working properly.
Check for leaks.
