Information:

Removal Procedure
Loosen the bolts for the alternator and slide the alternator toward the engine.
Remove the fan drive belt.

Remove four bolts (1) from the fan.
Remove plate (2) from the fan.
Remove fan (3) from the front of the engine.

Remove pulley (4) from the water pump.Installation Procedure

Put pulley (4) in position on the water pump and ensure that the bolt holes are aligned.

Put fan (3) in position and align the bolt holes with the bolt holes in the pulley.
Position plate (2) so that the bolt holes line up with the bolt holes in fan (3) .
Install four bolts (1) on the fan and hand tighten the bolts.
Tighten four bolts (1) to a torque of 11 N m (8 lb ft).
Put the V-belt in position on the engine.
Slide the alternator away from the engine and tighten the bolts for the alternator. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Belt Tension Chart" for more information on the proper belt tension.
