Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the push arms and the blade.
Personal injury or death can occur from heavy components falling during removal or installation.Properly support the component with a suitable lifting device during removal or installation.

Attach a suitable lifting device to front cleaner bar (1) behind the front wheel.
Remove bolts (2), the washers, and nuts (3) from front cleaner bar (1).

Use a suitable lifting device to carefully remove front cleaner bar (1) from the machine. The weight of front cleaner bar (1) is approximately 330 kg (720 lb).
Lower front cleaner bar (1) onto suitable cribbing.

Attach a suitable lifting device to front cleaner bar (4) in front of the front wheel.

Remove bolts (5), the washers, and nuts (6) from front cleaner bar (4).
Use the suitable lifting device to carefully remove front cleaner bar (4) from the machine. The weight of front cleaner bar (4) is approximately 330 kg (720 lb).Installation Procedure
Install cleaner bars (1) and (4) in the reverse order of removal.
