Use two people to install platform (28). The weight of platform (28) is 35 kg (75 lb). Install bolts (29) and the washers.

Install bracket (27), three bolts (26), and the washers.

Install heat shield (24), two bolts (25), and the washers.

Position fuel lines (20) and (21) on the engine. Install hose clip (23) in order to secure fuel lines (20) and (21) to the engine.
Connect fuel line (20) to the engine ECM. Connect fuel lines (21) and (22) to the fuel manifold.

Connect two air conditioner lines (19) to the air conditioner compressor. Install the support, the lock washer, the washer, and bolt (18) .

Install air tube (17) and tighten hose clamps (16). Install air tube (15) and tighten hose clamps (14).

Install air tube (13) and tighten hose clamps (12) .

Connect ether aid engine line (11) .

Connect fuel line (10) to the fuel transfer pump.

Connect hose (9) to the water pump and tighten the hose clamp.

Connect ground strap (7) to the frame. Connect wire (6) to the electric starting motor. Install wire (6) into clip (8) and tighten the bolt in clip (8) .

Install wire harness (5) into the support bracket. Install nut (4) and the washer.

Connect three electrical connectors (3) that are located underneath the engine.

Install two access panels (2) under the engine. Install nine bolts (1) and the washers.

Install the fan and the fan adapter. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".
Fill the cooling system. The capacity of the cooling system is 50 L (13.2 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for more information about filling the cooling system.
Activate the electrical system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch" in order to activate the electrical system.
Close the hood. For additional information, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hood Tilt".
