There are holes in the bores for the main bearings, between cylinders 1 and 2, and 3 and 4 for piston cooler orifices. These holes must have either orifices (10) or plugs (9) installed.
If the engine has an engine oil cooler and no turbocharger, be sure to install orifices (10).
