1. Remove two bolts (1) and guard assembly (3) from the top of cab.2. Remove muffler bracket bolts and muffler (2) from the sweep assembly. 3. Loosen precleaner bracket bolt. Remove precleaner assembly (4). 4. Remove side panels (6) and all hood mounting bolts (5). 5. Remove nut (9) and wiper blade (7) from wiper motor shaft. Remove three bolts (8). 6. The three bolts are used to fasten the wiper assembly and wiper housing to window frame. There are three spacer bushings between the wiper housing and wiper assembly. Disconnect wiring harness (11) and remove wiper housing (10) from window frame. Wiper housing cover must be removed for wiper installation. 7. Disconnect hose from the windshield washer assembly. Remove bolt (12), spacer (14) and washer assembly (13) from hood. 8. Remove bolts and window frame assembly (15) from cab. 9. Remove bolts and window frame bracket (16). 10. Install tooling (A) and a hoist and remove hood from machine. Weight of hood is 125 lb. (57 kg.).Install Hood
1. Install tooling (A) and hoist on hood (1) and lower it in position on machine. Install the hood mounting bolts. 2. Install window frame bracket (2) in position on the roll-over assembly. 3. Put the window frame assembly (3) in position in roll-over and install bolts. 4. Install washer assembly (4), spacer (6) and bolt (5) in position on the hood. Connect hose from under the hood to the washer assembly. 5. Connect wiring harness (8). Install the windshield wiper motor shaft (7) through the windshield frame. Install three bolts through the windshield frame and the wiper housing to the wiper motor. There are bushings between wiper housing and wiper motor. Install the wiper housing cover in position. 6. Install windshield wiper blade (9) and nut in position on shaft. 7. Install engine side panels (10). 8. Put engine precleaner (11) in position and tighten bracket bolt. Tighten bolt to a torque of 18 5 lb.ft. (25 7 N m). 9. Put muffler assembly (13) in position on the sweep assembly and install the muffler bracket bolts.10. Put guard assembly (12) in position on top of the cab and install two bolts.
