Removal Procedure

Remove cover (1).

Disconnect harness assemblies (1) and (2).
Disconnect tube (3) and hose assembly (4).
Remove pressure sensor assembly (5).

Remove bracket (9). Remove DPF delta pressure sensor (6) and the O-ring seals.
Remove DPF pressure sensor (7) and the O-ring seal.
Remove adapters (11). Remove manifold (10) from plate (8). Installation Procedure
Install pressure sensor assembly (5) in the reverse order of removal. Note: Do not pre-tighten DPF pressure sensor (7) using the plastic portion of the sensor. Pre-tighten the sensor using the metal hex portion of the sensor. Damage can occur to the sensor if pre-tightened using the plastic portion of the sensor.
Tighten DPF pressure sensor (7) to a torque of 12 2 N m (106 18 lb in).
