Removal Procedure

Position suitable cribbing under push arm (2). Remove bolts, nuts and, washers (1), the cap, and the shims. Repeat for the opposite side.

Disconnect hose assemblies (4). Remove hose assemblies (4) from the tractor and place with the bulldozer. Repeat for the opposite side. Open the left side grill door and disconnect harness assembly (3). Remove harness assembly (3) from the tractor and place with the bulldozer.
Remove bolts (5) and retract the lift cylinder.
Back the machine away from the bulldozer. Installation Procedure
Install the bulldozer in the reverse order of removal.
For push arm (2) trunnion ball clearance. Use shims as required to obtain a 0.3 0.8 mm (0.01 0.03 inch) clearance.
