Open compartment door (20) at the front of the operator platform. Move engine compartment switch (21) to the RAISE position. Hold switch until the engine compartment is fully open. Close compartment door (20).

Disconnect hose (22) and hose (23) on first stage conveyor motor (23). Mark the hoses for identification. Use Tool (B) to cap the port on each line. Use Tool (C) to plug each hose.

Remove four bolts and washers (25). Remove deck plate (26).

Connect one Tool (A2) to port "MC" (27) on the top of the conveyor pump.

Connect other Tool (A2) to port "MD" (28) on the test manifold.Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (19) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Use throttle control switch (18) to operate the engine in high idle.

Monitor hydraulic oil temperature (30) on operator display (29). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 38 °C (100 °F).
Use conveyor switch (5) to activate the conveyor system.Note: Debris in the conveyor system may be ejected from the front of the conveyor at high speed. Wear proper safety gear with full eye protection when working near the conveyor belts.
Watch the pressure on Tool (A1). High pressure will register on the gauge connected to port "MD" (28). Refer to "Specifications", Table 2 for the first stage relief pressure.

Use conveyor switch (5) to stop the conveyor system. Press and hold conveyor reverse switch (31) to operate the first-stage conveyor system in reverse.
Watch the pressure on Tool (A1). High pressure will register on the gauge connected to port "MC" (27). Refer to "Specifications", Table 2 for the first stage relief pressure.

Use throttle control switch (32) to operate the engine in low idle.
Move engine start switch (19) to the OFF position.
If the pressures are within the specified range, go to the next step. If the pressures are outside the specified range, perform the adjustment procedure.
Remove Tool (A2) from port "MC" (27). Remove Tool (A2) from port "MD" (28).
Remove Tool (C) from conveyor hose assembly . Remove Tool (B) from the conveyor hose assembly at the motor. Reconnect the conveyor pressure lines.
Replace the deck plate.
Open compartment door (20) at the front of the operator platform. Move engine compartment switch (21) to the LOWER position. Hold switch until the engine compartment is fully closed. Close compartment door (20).
Lower the hood.Adjustment Procedure
Clean or replace the relief valve that is out of specification.

The relief valve cartridges for the first stage conveyor are relief valve cartridge "C" (33) and "D" (34).
Perform the test procedure.
