Installation Procedure
Make hose assembly (3) with HIS and the following parts:
Coupling (3A)
Coupling (3B)
Hose (3C)
Assemble elbow assembly (4) with the following parts:
Elbow (4A)
O-Ring Seal (4B)
O-Ring Seal (4C)
Assemble adapter assembly (5) with the following parts:
Adapter (5A)
Two O-Ring Seals (5B)
Assemble connector assembly (6) with the following parts:
Connector (6A)
O-Ring Seal (6B)

Disconnect hose for the torque converter (A) and breather hose (B) from tee assembly (C) .
Remove tee assembly (C) and install elbow assembly (4) .
Connect hose for the torque converter (A) to elbow assembly (4) .

Remove the plug from unused port (D) .

Install connector assembly (6) and hose assembly (3) to port (D) .

Fasten hose (3) to the existing hose for the transmission with clip (9). Orient clip (9) upward slightly in order to route hose (3) around the mounting pad and the bolts for the ROPS.

Note: Step 11 does not apply to D11T (S/N: GEB1-308) machines that are not equipped with the ladder ready option.
Remove existing 4L-6454 Bolt (M) from the bottom of the support bracket for ladder valve (E). Install bracket assembly (1) to the back face of ladder valve (E) with bolt (8). Attach clip (9) to bracket (1) with bolt (15) and washer (13). Orient bracket (1) so that bracket (1) is 5° from the back face of the ladder valve.

Fasten bracket (2) inside the fender to bracket (F) with bolt (16) and washer (12). Bracket (F) secures the grommet for the hoses for the ladder.Note: Orient bracket (2) so that bracket (2) is 15° from the vertical position.
Fasten hose (3) to bracket (2) with clip (9), bolt (10), and washer (11) .
Remove breather (G) from the existing location in the engine compartment. Save 169-5863 Adapter Assembly (H), 2P-1279 Locknut (J), and 9G-5127 Breather (G) in order to be used later.

Install plate (7) to unused stud (K) inside the HVAC box with washer (13) and nut (14) .Note: The clearance hole in plate (7) will need to be opened up in order to fit a M12bolt instead of the existing M10 bolt for D11T (S/N: GEB1-385).
Install existing adapter assembly (H) to connector (5) and to breather (G) .
Install existing breather (G) to plate (7) with existing locknut (J) .
Connect hose (3) .
